Get the final seven years of Model Railroading magazine on a single DVD. Each DVD contains all seven years in PDF form (see yearly indexes — 2000   2001   2002   2003   2004   2005   2006 — for contents). DVD contains all of the editorial material from the 2000-2002 issues and all editorial and advertising material for the 2003-2006 issues. The DVD was primarily produced from backup disks containing the original article files and images, but in a few instances, when those files were damaged or unavailable, the articles were reconstructed by scanning a printed version. All of the images in the 2000-2006 issues are 150 dpi, while those in the 2003-2006 are 96 dpi. Editorial material is fully searchable using Adobe® Reader® (Ver 5.0 or later required). Users can easily navigate through this digital version of MRG by using the embedded bookmarks to go to the first page of an issue or article by clicking on its bookmark. Adobe® Reader's® commands can be used to search for words or phrases, to zoom in for better viewing and to quickly navigate throughout the entire year of issues. Purchasers may copy the files to their hard drive and/or print pages for their personal use, but duplication of the DVD is prohibited. No materials may be extracted, copied or shared with a third party, either in a printed or digital version. For best results we recommend downloading the latest free version of Adobe® Reader® from the Adobe® website.
